- Fill out the form below and David will respond with some possible dates and time for your lesson within a day or so.
- Each lesson is one hour long, and you need either Skype or Google Chat to connect with David. All one hour lessons are charged at $75. (You will receive an invoice before each lesson and can pay securely online with your credit card.)
