Michael Falzarano

Guitarist/singer/songwriter Michael Falzarano has been a working musician for the past 35 years, most notably in Hot Tuna, the famed offspring of The Jefferson Airplane, and in The Memphis Pilgrims, a Memphis-style rock'n'roll/blues band that he founded in 1986. Presently he can be seen on the road with The New Riders of The Purple Sage, and has recently signed with Blues Planet Records.Michael has taught guitar in privately, and teaches regularly at Fur Peace Ranch with classes in Blues and his famous Jamstock sessions. Besides being an accomplished performer, Michael brings his experience and rock'n'roll roots together in his expert workshops. Michael is also a successful producer (Hot Tuna, Jorma Kaukonen, The New Riders of the Purple Sage, Marjorie Thompson) and studio sideman.
